So. Bx. Community is Slowly Waking Up – Yankees Beware

Bronx, NY: What the elected officials did not do and the general corporate media let ride, the incredible get-over tactics of the NY Yankees are finally being challenged by grass root community residents and activist. The sleeping giant (South Bronx community) if awaken will be the greatest challenge the Yankees will face this season in a game that they can’t win. Because old saying say’s it all: “The People United Will Never Be Defeated.”

Community Protest Yankee Opener

The NY Yankees will open the stadium gates to their first game, an exhibition one vs the Chicago Cubs on Friday Aprl 3rd, 2009. They expect the Yankee faithfull to show up, but they will also have an unexpected crowd of community residents who will be protesting outside.
